OurClubID is a membership management database with a difference ... you don’t have to be connected to the internet. OurClubID is a software suite designed to help organizations manage their membership, with a special focus on recording attendance and verifying membership through the use of barcoded Membership Cards for your club. Today you can get many membership management systems online, but it is getting harder and harder to find one that’s simple and complete in itself. This is a software program ... not an online website (an online partner is in the works - more about that later*). With OurClubID it is not necessary to be connected to the internet to work with your membership information, get reports, print Member Cards, or check in members at meetings. All you need is OurClubID and a laptop or desktop computer.

OurClubID contains four separate programs that work from one database...OCID Config, OCID Member Manager, OCID Check-in, and OCID Print. These four programs work together to help you keep all your membership information organized, even who attends the meetings.

The OCID Config is for the organization’s information. The OCID Member Manager is for all your member information and reports. The OCID Print is for printing of Member Cards, Lapel Cards, and special temporary labels. The OCID Check-in gives you the ability to check in members at your meetings by one of three ways: scanning the barcode on their Member Card, typing in their Member Number; or finding them in the database and recording their attendance.
